Flea Market 2012
We will have the flea market located in the hallway along the outside wall adjacent to the gaming area. This space, normally unused, will give the flea market sellers greater visibility as well as provide easier access to buyers. There will be specific times (TBA) for the flea market so that everyone will have a chance to shop. If demand is greater than available table space, the tables will rotate to allow all sellers an opportunity to display their goods. If you have suggestions please mention them in the comments section below!

@Bob Gunter
We will have the Flea Market tables in the main hallway this year, so everybody will be able to see and find them.
I will be glad to save a table for you. All info will be on this years Pre-reg sheets. Please email me with any ideas.

I did not set up for the flea market last because I did not know about it. Who, what, when do I need to contact for a spot, will a table be provided any cost or fee to have a spot? I would like to know as soon as possible. Thanks in advance.

We are ready to start set ups for the dealer’s hall, if you will email me with your info I would be glad to talk with you about what would work best at NashCon, and if you would like to set up a booth we would be glad to fit you in.

@Bob McCoy
The host hotel will let us set up tables going from the main hallway to the main gaming room. We hope this will place the flea market tables in a better place to be seen, yet not be too far from the gaming. With more feedback we may set up time slots or have clothes to cover the tables if someone needs to leave the table. More info will follow if we get any changes.

Had a great time running my table at the flea market last year and am looking forward to doing it again this year. As to suggestions, maybe closer to the main area instead of down the corridor of doom? Maybe set it up for sessions….aka morning afternoon and evening instead of an all day affair? Perhaps with the doors locked or something as to allow those selling to get to see and participate in more of the convention with a knowledge that our stuff is secure….not that it was a problem having other folks keep an eye out, but it would be a bit more convenient. Just some thoughts.
Cheers!
Bob

I would like more information on your vendor room. Not sure that we fit with the theme of your con, but just curious as to what the costs are associated with exhibiting there. My partner Rodney Fyke does commissions and will do other drawings and original art for the con that is more suited to your specific con in addition to our regular items. Thanks!
